Hi, I'm Coach Gui!
I first started skating when I was just three years old in my backyard rink in Miscou Island, New Brunswick in the Acadian Peninsula and have been in love with the game ever since! +30 years later, and I still enjoy playing men's league hockey, but more importantly, sharing my love of the game with the younger generation of players through coaching and strength and conditioning.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Moncton, specializing in High Performance.
I am the founder of two fitness facilities; one on the West Coast and one on the East Coast of Canada.

I continue to compete at a high level in Triathlons, Hyrox Races, CrossFit, and Olympic Lifting, constantly putting my fitness and strength and conditioning knowledge to the test.
